Speed is the product
A listing is worth the most in its first week. 12 to 24 business hours means the video is live while the listing is still new, not after the first open house has come and gone.
The clock starts when the order is paid and complete, and it counts business hours. Same day rush is $75 per video on a single order, which puts one rushed video at $250.
Three steps
- Fill in the order form: the address, the price, the beds, the baths, the square footage, and at least eight photos in the order you want them shown.
- We check the order and email you an invoice. Nothing is charged on the site.
- The videos land in your inbox within 12 to 24 business hours of payment.

The narration says what your listing says
Every sentence spoken over your video comes from one of three places: a fixed line that says nothing about the property, a value you entered on the order form, or a sentence quoted from your own description word for word.
Nothing about the property is composed for you. That means no invented feature, no claim your listing did not already make, and no fair housing language you have not read. What it also means is that the description you write is the description you hear, so write it the way you want it read.
Questions
- What does 12 to 24 business hours mean exactly?
- It is measured from the moment your order is paid and complete, and it counts business hours, Monday to Friday. An order placed and paid on a Thursday afternoon is back by Friday afternoon at the latest.
- What if my listing is on Zillow or on my MLS?
- Those pages cannot be read from the outside, so the order form asks you to paste the details and upload the photos yourself. It takes a few minutes and it is the same form for every listing, wherever it is published.
- Why 8 photos?
- Below eight the video has to repeat shots to fill the runtime, and a repeated shot looks like a thin listing. We would rather decline the order than pad it.
- Who writes the words?
- You do, or the listing does. Every sentence in the narration is either a fixed line that says nothing about the property, a value read from a field you filled in, or a sentence quoted from your own description word for word. Nothing about the property is written for you, so nothing appears that you did not already say.
- Do I own the video?
- Yes. On payment in full, our contribution to the finished video transfers to you. We keep our software and our templates, and we do not use your video as a sample.
- Can I get it the same day?
- Yes. Same day rush is $75 per video on a single order, so one rushed video is $250 all in. On a pack, ask and we will quote it.
